Reg FD sucks. I *liked* it when the big guys found out about things first and quietly did their accumulation/distribution stuff - that's what trends were made of! Now we get fits and starts and gap moves etc etc - requires a whole new way of doing TA! The whole point of TA was to "see the footprints" of the people in the know . . . now no one knows anything <g>

plus you have to know that whatever info that is "out there" is old news...and the individual investor is clueless wrt forward looking statements...they are quite dependent on analysts and by they time they are talking, they're selling.
