Rep. Ron Paul is the only one who has said it that I'm aware of (there may be others, but not many). Yes, I've met many Congressmen and Senators and most that have been in office more than one term know the fraud that is the United States government to a greater or lesser degree. Many suspect the extent of the looting of the American people and the threats to our safety caused by foreign military adventures, undertaken for private gain. But nearly all are just glad to be there, are spineless and will continue to play along as long as their party commands them to and the media does not call their bluff.
