the powers that be in the US have demonstrated a tremendous capability to see absolutely nothing beyond the next election. And even then they are half blind. How did Bush Sr lose the last election? Was he half blind or just totally blind? Is Bush Jr any better? He went out and hired a team that would preach what he wants to hear. Tax cuts, tax cuts, tax cuts. They want to jump start things? Let's have a tax rate of zero. That will get stuff flying for sure. What will that do to price of gold and commodities? Hmmmmm Is that what the gold charts and CRB are saying? M
