I agree, but I put the responsibility where it belongs: On the people who foist street drugs off on the country, and on the people who don't give their offspring the upbringing in which they are taught to reject harmful street drugs. More specifically, I blame my own generation. We're the ones (not all of us and certainly not me)who fell into Timothy Leary's evil web, did things because they felt good at the time, and gave no thought to the consequences of their actions on the world as a whole. In short, I blame the flower children, hippies, and people who thought they were so damn smart they didn't have to listen to reason. They made it too easy to justify almost any behavior, and set up a great wailing when the rest of us objected to so-called homeless people crapping under the bushes on public property
