If this were true, why did the Israelis take out a mother and two of her three small children in a recent attack on a refugee camp? I was referring to the American military and its record of near zero civilian casualties during the Gulf War. That said, I believe the Israelis have done a good job of avoiding innocent deaths under the circumstances in which they are fighting. The likelihood of civilians deaths is greatly increased when the enemy is effectively employing civilians as human shields. The mother is dead but I'll let her children know they have Mr. Reagan and Mr. Bush 41 to thank. It is to me unbelievable that liberals continue to imply some moral equivalence between civilian casualties of war and the intentional targeting of civilians by suicide bombers. Sensible people don't make these kinds of comparisons.
