Well, once more you have failed to answer simple questions about a subject you obviously have strong opinions about and talk about regularly in your posts. I don't understand why you don't want to answer questions on this subject. It's very strange - you are willing to make cryptic comments but not to speak openly and clearly.

We should defer to the "scholars", the Hollywood historians, and the Holocaust Museums to tell us all about it.

What a ironic complaint to make when I've been offering you a chance to tell about it.

Anyone who disagrees needs to be called names and discouraged from bringing up the subject again.

Another ironic complaint. I am actively urging you to talk about the subject but you are resisting. Are you hinting here that your reticence is based on fear of being called names? I'm sure you realize that is a cowardly position to take. Yet even that position you don't enunciate clearly but only hint at.

The story needs to be carefully protected and presented.

Well after making all these complaints, I will not stop inviting you to tell what you believe the truth to be. Indeed after saying the above, you are obligated to tell the truth as you see it. Buck up your courage and try to spell out what you think.

I do not deny there was a genocide, but question the severity and finer details about it

So "there was a genocide".
If you believe "there was a genocide", who were the victims of that genocide? don't understand why you haven't been able to give a clear answer this question which I've asked you before.

You've said you don't believe 6 million Jews were killed by the Nazis - so how many were - 5 million, 1 million, 1/2 million, 1 thousand, or zero - which would be closer to correct in your opinion?

What are your reasons for believing "that there was a genocide" at all given that you don't believe people were burned in crematoria or buried in mass graves?
I've asked you this before and you haven't been able to answer this either.

Based on the things you've said, do you think maybe the Nazis have gotten a bad rap? After all, you seem to be disbelieving all the things that people believe about them. I realize I just asked you a new question and you seem to have a problem answering any questions, but try anyway, OK.

Hey Len, I ran across a story on the subject of the Holocaust you might be interested in reading. It is about a native American who is being criticized as being anti-semitic for statements he made about the Holocaust. Do you think he is being persecuted? His beliefs may be slightly different than yours - he seems to accept that 6 million number that offends you so much.

Native leader praises Hitler's policies
Jews `would have owned' the world Remarks made at conference

SASKATOON—A respected Saskatchewan native leader said Adolf Hitler did the right thing when he killed six million Jews during World War II.
David Ahenakew, a former chief of the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations and the Assembly of First Nations, said Friday the Nazi leader was trying to clean up the world.
"The Jews damn near owned all of Germany prior to the war," Ahenakew said.
"That's how Hitler came in. He was going to make damn sure that the Jews didn't take over Germany or Europe. That's why he fried six million of those guys, you know. Jews would have owned the goddamned world. And look what they're doing. They're killing people in Arab countries."
The 68-year-old Ahenakew made his remarks after giving a 45-minute, profanity-laced address to between 150 and 200 delegates attending a Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations conference.
During his wide-ranging speech, in which he complained about bigotry in Canadian society, accused the media of creating racial conflict and continually referred to non-aboriginal Canadians as "immigrants," Ahenakew said he lived in Germany in the late 1950s when he was with the Canadian army.
He said Germans told him the Jews started World War II. He said Israel and the United States are about to start a third world war, a reference to the current troubles in the Middle East.
Federation chief Perry Bellegarde said Ahenakew's remarks were "not an official position of anybody except Dave Ahenakew. That's where it rests."
Retired rabbi Roger Pavey said the comments were especially unfortunate because many Jewish people are supporters of First Nations people and "their claims and demands."
