Your right , & I know taht, but why I didn't think of it at the time is beyond me.. No not really, I was just in a sour mood at the time, thanx to my arthritis which more and more is screwing up my ability to think. ------------- One thing I may add, not a lot of people look at , IS the Debt taken on by States Counties , and Municipalities.. ( & they have are not so lucky at this time) Insurance on Muni Bonds has gone up a lot since Orange County. It's costing them more and more to fund projects. In fact I think there is a serious problem in a lot of State, County, and Municipal pension funds. Jim
