Bush draws up plans to shift more tax burden to poor.

Since you Democrats or professed Independents are having a party with this let me weigh in as a conservative. It is important to the country that all people pay income taxes and I'm sorry, but that includes poor people too. This is vital so that everyone have a vested interest in sound financial policy.

Maybe his campaign slogan will be "More for the Poor",Taxes that is. That should bring in the black vote for him!
