Because if it's not the "babies" fault that its mother got raped, it's not its fault she did not keep her legs crossed in general. The baby is dead either way if abortion is permitted.

Obviously, matters would be weighed differently if the sexual episode resulting in conception were forced on her.
Isn't at all obvious to me. What's obvious to me is the "baby" is being killed for matters it had nothing to with.
