Those places can use a LOT of investment. Are their politicians better then ours? To they look after their environment?? Is this where all goodness springs from??? The EEC makes me puke with all their regulations, but actually at least 3/4 of them are well thought out and a good idea. However real solutions to problems are repressed this way (by having loads of regulations) The bad things in the USA are bad, but we all get to hear about them several times over. Identifying a problem is about 70% of the solution. and big Al is on the Aztecs side really -g-
