Everybody quotes it but no one gives the essence of what Catch 22 is about and came about. Hey don't underestimate Elmat's ability, will you? Did from the top of my head. Know what? Guys who drop out of school are very good at "diggest" information in and from any form! I read Philip Roth's "Catch 22" 24 years ago. Also watched the film which was not bad, I would say. Jon Voight holding an egg -explaining his new business- while the bomber crash land in the background is a antologic!!!
