I stand by my statement... but HOW you can construe that I've taken a position on the *best* methods for education is a mystery to me.

And I certainly don't in any way support 'coercing' people to go to the polls and vote - as other's here have claimed.

Voting is a right, and a privilege. The bedrock of a functioning Democracy.
