No I do not own any gold or gold mining shares. In the past I traded ASA and ABX but not now.

The FED is trying by any price to inflate and save the mortgage backed securities market, and gold as is the CRB are sensing inflation. Further the drop in the USD is also boosting gold prices.

Fundamentaly there is very weak demand for gold from the jewelry industry and electronic industry ....... silver wiould be a more safer play IMHO
