Hi Jay - any remarks about this Foreign Affairs magazine piece (I saw a pointer on another thread) China's Governance Crisis foreignaffairs.org While longer wave than most might be concerned with, it would be interesting to get a sanity check on such an article. He paints a different picture than, say, a George Gilder :-)
