Skin, The arabs are paying the price for silence now--both the people and the so-called moderate regimes. My suspicion is that now that al quaida has been neutered these folks are waiting for a quick take out of saddam to see what the US really intends for the area. A Marshall Plan will cure much of the hatred which is based as much on envy as on religous principle. Germans and Japanese didnt hate us for long after WW2 once it became clear the better life ahead we were promising. Same here I think, i hope. Am i being naive? I guess i have the Anne Frank view of the world that people are basically good. Mike
