Bobby,

today may have kicked off the santa rally though

I just looked back at the last 10 years of Decembers and the Santa rally should definitely start by the end of this week if history is a guide. Now all we have to figure out is whether history is a guide (g).

I think that until the action in Venezuela or Iraq die down gold and gold stocks are going up. Between the two that is a sizable amount of the worlds Oil production. I understand Opec agreed to lower oil production today also. Saville is saying that $usd is going to 90 by March. If thats right Yowza! Then again I could be wrong, I once thought Luc was a real trader.<LOL>

today may have kicked off the santa rally though, and the gold stocks are pretty overbought and at areas of resistance.

exactly, but you gotta keep an eye on them for big volume confirmation. Not only would this provide a possible good entry long, it should also have some negative ramifications for the economy in general. This should be a good confirmation signal to maintain low exposure to the stock market, IMO.
