Speaking from memory, Onischka was looking down for as long as the DOW was below 8495. If it moved above that, he had no specific forecasts. On NDX a break of (I believe)1020 was a heads up for the bullish side, especially if confirmed by a break of 1030.

Shack, I was early, but my wife turned out to be much better than me. We spent the weekend before the NAZ top in '2000 visiting friends. We had a great dinner, we drunk wine and had a great optimistic conversation almost till morning… Our host made a ton on high fliers, and was showing us pictures of a yacht he was planning to buy… We drunk to a toast which I invented there and then: “Long live the Bull!” It was a great, happy night…

In the midst of all this excitement my missus… gave us a long, long thoughtful look… and said: “I’m selling everything on Monday”.

And she did. Almost everything. And the next day we had the all time top.

Now… you all know what I have to deal with… G/NG.

PS: edit: we trade separate accounts, which in this case wasn't such a good thing - for me.
