Steady on J.T. .

It needs to take out 22-Aug high and then form a higher low >7197.49 and then take out the high just made

2 higher highs and one higher low from swing low (in Oct-2002). This is my take of DOW theory.
There are at least 2 more swings left for this, so it is still months away (IMO).

I am bearish as heck, but I would not put it past Uncle Sam to buy stocks.

We may get a rally here (Daily and Weekly Charts have gone positive yesterday) but for me IT momentum is negative and it looks like if we rally now the 1Yr EMAs are as far as we go.

How bout them oil stocks? Pretty nice move they're making. Those Rydex numbers from a couple of weeks ago were timely. And that triangle it's busting out of helps. <g> Never could catch a pullback in SNP- It just took off after I started following it.

Something big is gonna happen soon. Maybe this week. And I can't really get a fix on which way it will break.. Just follow the break, I guess.

I haven't given up, JT. Look at the retailers -- maybe the market will turn around, but those look weak.

Pretty soon puts on miners are going to be a huge winner -- wait for HUI to approach the old high, then lay 'em on for Jan. We're in some kind of flat here, I think -- one more spike and then pull the trigger.

... now that our President and his mouth pieces have seemingly completed their recent comments and continuous saber-rattling regarding North Korea, the missiles we co-delivered to Southern Arabia and Iraq, maybe they could close their lips for a few days so Wall Street can have a little end-of-the-year-rally and some of us can enjoy ourselves with our families ...

... then on to Baghdhad in February ... Happy New Year ... ho ho ho ...

... I didn't mention that Riyadh tops the back-up hit list, did I? ... NO? ... good, very good ...

... no one else saying anything here ... some of you have been not so subtly baited ... <g> ... Ken
