Hard to do in the UK, isn't it? Don't you have to go down to the gun club for that? shoot the damn birds that tweet there little asses off at 4:00 a.m.

We too have a light box. I sit by it for 15 minutes to an hour almost every morning. It really helps set your biological clock. I have a marketing idea to make a travel model to counter jet lag. What do you think?
