Predictable...we have been through this before. They throw all the criminals in jail until it hits them in the wallet and then they start letting them all go. It is all part of the boom/bust cycle. Kind of hypocritical don't you think? Look for reduction in the police force soon and also sentencing requirements will be lowered.
