Unfortunately, this will just be more fodder for the FUD crowd that wants to confuse MAXF's operating results with insurance payments. OTOH, MAXF management doesn't seem to have much interest in promoting the stock price now anyway. I have my MAXF shares tucked away for long-term capital appreciation.

The more interesting PR will be the resolution of their lawsuit in the UK - could provide a genuine windfall for their bottom line.

Average daily volume in December has been 11400 shares with the highest day at 21600. Clearly, MAXF is not in play right now. With no reason for tax loss selling, it could go on snoozing until the Q4 earnings report is out in March.

Hopefully management will give us a preliminary estimate on Q4 earnings sometime in January after the quarter closes.
