That's why I have been pointing out that you are a weak and naive citizen. You have fallen prey to the left wing concept that the law belongs to the lawyers rather than the people. We KNOW when crimes are committed, especially against the general public, as in S. Dakota and Louisianna. Whether the culprits can be nabbed and filtered through our corrupted and Byzantine "criminal justice system" is irrelevant-and a comment on the state of that system, rather than on the crime itself...
