I did see this. agjournal.com I drove by for Thanksgiving, the photo doesn't do it justice because there are about a thousand turbines on the mesa tops in that area. There is some worry about migrating birds being caught in the blades, which is why offshore placement makes sense. The promise of fuel cells is that another source of hydrogen is in the dirtier varieties of coal. The hydrogen can be separated at lower temperatures than burning and the resultant pollution is much lower. TP
