I didn't know you were part Irish. Knew I liked you. :-)

Public figures say stupid and insensitive things regularly. Sometimes they get nabbed for it, sometimes not. It was interesting to me to see how long the outrage over Lott's statement took to grow. I, too, think he should step down so the business of the government can go on unimpeded.
