FULL DISCLOSURE:

Nathan Churchill, analyst at Sidoti & Co., says his firm's policy forbids him from
owning shares of stocks he covers. He also says his firm does no investment banking.

Alex Gauna, analyst at UBS Warburg, says he doesn't own Cree shares and that his firm
has not done investment banking for them.

Larry Tedeschi, analyst at Banc One Investment Advisors, says
that the One Group Small Cap Value Fund bought Cree shares in May and sold
the last of its position during the last several weeks.

Chris Versace, analyst at Friedman Billings Ramsey, says he
doesn't own Cree shares and that his firm has not been an investment banker
for the company.
