Saw a survey in which 45% of respondents said that the money they used for their downpayment was "borrowed" (this figure was much higher than I'd thought- at least I thought all were "paying" for, at least, their downpayment)....I s'pose borrowed against 401k? Just more leverage for an overleveraged system...its unreal the "can't miss" attitude real estate has now among J6P a la tech in 99..
