They are all waiting for Uncle Sugar Daddy to take the taxpayer's money and bail out their uninsured S & L investments over $100,000 ($1 Trillion cost, and counting, on the backs of the taxpayers so far), and their risky Mexican and Brasilian bond investments, and subsidize their corporate sugar farms, and 'mohair' ranches, and Oil partnerships. >>> Yeah, that's right... they must be waiting for a good opportunity to steal enough from the poor taxpayers so that they can retire to a nice tax-sheltered island.
