He doesn't have much control over price in the next 30 days. ATC may be awarded - no control on that. An order could come in - some but not complete control on that. Ala arbitration award - he may know its not coming for some reason. To me G*, ALA and a new order are the three main events of importance.

The fact that he's sunk to this level speaks volumes. His "intent" to buy back might or might not be carried out, genuine, or disingenuine.

Look back at all the statements he made about Loral and Globalstar -- of plans, intent, targets, being on target, etc.

And the Zenit disaster, where his minions read through the practice script of what should be happening, while in reality the rocket engine was told by its software to shut down before reaching orbit, killing 12 satellites at once.

Meanwhile, Bernie personally bought Loral's only profitable units from us -- aircraft brakes and other systems -- several years ago, leaving us with the risky satellite business and no meat and potatoes.

There's a pattern here, somewhere, if only it can be figured out... <duh>
