Obviously, the world is the sum of all that has gone on since the beginning. But we can not be held responsible for any of it.

No. We cannot be held responsible for wrongs we did not commit. But Christian decency and love of country demand we have compassion on the "innocent destroyed" and that we be wondrously patient and seek to defend them as they try to make their way. If they see us eagerly and hopefully awaiting them, and that we defend them when barbarians speak ill of them or try otherwise to harm them, then they will be encouraged.

So many folks act as if they have never been so downtrodden that they just did not want to try. Well, some folks get seriously wiped-out by history, and if they don't get desperately needed encouragement, they langish away. That is where blacks are.

I dunno. Maybe I'm just out in LEFT field on this one. But that is just where I will hafta be. I will not benefit of a system that has destroyed an entire group of people and not use my strength to encourage these folks.
