If the death penaly fails to deter .00001% of the population from murder that is evidence to some that it is a failure. The absurd argument. Not one drug would ever be approved by this reasoning. That's a ridiculous assertion and i offered why. Do you really think the death penalty (which is not in all the states) is why 99.9999% of our population isn't killing each other? Surely you jest.
