Saddam isn't the heart, maybe a boil on the ass of the U.S., don't believe everything Bush lite says, even many Republican representatives think the comparison of Iraq to Alquida is ludicrous.

They mention foreign governments.....NONE by name.....as the real culprite is SAUDI ARABIA and it's secret donations and support for the terrorists that hit us on 9/11....
You can be SURE they would have (and these are people from both parties) named Iraq if they could have, and they do not.
