Discretion or Lurking The PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH thread would actually be a really good thread if those folks made it work. The current confrontation with Iraq could spill over in a matter of hours. I have always considered the lurkers as friends and potentially people who might like to read the things I write. I am surprised, including readers would never be a thing that any SI Underlord would consider, there is no person smarter than someone who reads your posts.

Lol .... i posted a few times on the Dubya thread, largely to and around TLC, as i figured that was safe, nobody was gonna mess with a fifty-foot chicken .... and, actually, nobody really noticed - there were so many posts per minute at the time that even the hardcore couldn't keep up .... lots of people practicing their typing, and hardly anybody listening .... there are a few gems, once in a hundred posts maybe ... i thought Gore was pretty good on Saturday Night Live, caught part of that ... if it makes you feel any better, we have some fairly ridiculous politics up here too ..... not that it matters .... ah, <sigh> where are the Pugs 'n Rileys of yesteryear [edit] - or the Myrons, as pointed out on post 1 on this thread - #reply-4260645
