Maybe. But this is not that disappointing. OK, we would have all preferred the deal to be finalized and done by now. But we have more information pointing to an approval very shortly (as the local committee should meet before year-end and that the Federal Mexican water committee supports the arrangements). Just a matter of time (very short), IMO.
