Me thinks that the market is setting up some kind of capitulation event, you see heavy use of the short tool in KVHI, there is a possibility that old gaps are the magnets against a very negative market churn which is in process. It's apparent that Mr Market is stalking the bulls, especially those with margin setting up for a negative surprise. I see the weak ending poorly creating the Santa Clause rally that wasnt. Remember, I watch a basket of companies with similar characteristics, hence the conditions are without exception working their way through all the charts. The stocks are very volume sensitive, when new shorts come in, like we are seeing now, that is pretty high risk low reward, so there must be some size they think they can get.
