Clinton slid by on the Rich pardon. There was an investigation and not enough evidence to indict was developed.

I do not disagree on the Lindh matter. He should have been executed.

But despite a less than perfect record, I think you have to take into account the mess of a DOJ he was left and a few blunders do not make him a lightweight blowhard. Political consideratins factor into DOJ actions in every Administration.

The incredibly-corrupt Marc Rich pardon, like arrests and trails for vote fabricators in Louisianna, is considered an unnecessary expenditure of resources. And for the same reasons:

If there's ever another Bill Clinton-he will still commit crimes against the people.

Put this load of Louisianna crooks in jail, and the next ones will fix the next election. At least, with vote fraud, the Republicans can see it, and work toward future prevention...
