The public largely hasn't even sold their $100-200 turkeys and as a result loser Bush now has a chance to kill at least two birds with one stone. By giving big tax breaks for equity losses. I think the U.S. public could use a trillion bucks. Raising that is no problem at all - just tax the shift out of the rich. I think an 80% tax on the assets of the 500 richest Americans would fetch over half a trillion dollars. And fire Washington aggressively. There are big dineros to be made. 1. Help immensely with the bottoming process. 2. Give the economy some serious stimulus in the next year.
