Don't put your finger on it or it will be smeared with BS, all what she said is BS, When your enemy declared that they will destroy your civilization and your people, when they murdered thousands of civilians and act like beasts you don't wait for them to come in to your home in order to fight back , you search for them and get rid of them or at least reduce their capacity before they can get rid of you.
