Haim...quite honestly...I don't ever think I've heard you post something so "out there"....200B (cost of war) for a few infrastructure projects? That makes about as much financial sense as INSP at 250...also, I fail to see much of a link to Iran/S.A. regime change, sorry.. Maybe we can install Navain Jain as chief of the provisional gvt. over there? I'm sure he'd promise to make Iraq the #1 GDP leader in world by 2006...g Are you Rumsfeld? g,ng
