I would recommend that they officially stay neutral or file a half-assed and ineffective brief in defense of this bastion of liberal racism. It's about the propaganda of the left. Concede them the noise, as long as they LOSE. The USSC (which is not beyond making errors) has no reason to sanction liberal racism-so let them decide. I wouldn't recommend that the administration propose the immediate elimination of Social Security and Medicare, but I'd certainly be DELIGHTED if the courts did. As for my own position-all you liberal plantation racists can go fuck yourselves, no matter whether the USSC screws this up or not...
