If any considerable number of people in your community are dependent on the local street ministry for a job, your community has more serious problems than discrimination, like a lack of business. In any event, it is hardly germane to slander Europe in this context. The point is, perfectly nice countries get entangled far more than this program would allow, and they remain pretty harmless.......
