AA is BASED on a theory of racial superiority. The white left has CONVINCED itself that blacks (and Yes, their AA programs are 100% about blacks) are incapable of making it without empowering white liberals...

Affirmative action comprises a continuum of programs or approaches from unadulterated quotas (which most people think of when they think of affirmative action) to aspirational i.e., not mandatory goals based on what you expect representation to be absent discrimination (ie, availability in the workforce compared to utilization), to eliminating job criteria that have nothing to do with performance (i.e., requiring accountants to bench press 260 pounds), to ensuring the broadest possible outreach (ie, ads for jobs are published somewhere other than just the Irish Times). There are many other examples that have nothing to do with strict quotas, which most people, including myself, oppose. Goodnight all.
