Norm. Yep, it has. Only one in my gold/energy portfolio of 15 stocks that's not become nicely profitable move since purchase. As Peter Lynch once aptly put it, <Not all my ideas work>:o) When a stock acts like this, despite very good fundamental numbers, it often indicates some negative news is soon to surface. Are they going to warn? Some other oil service companies already have. But, should also mention with HOFF there is also a history of MMs gaming the stock. Putting that together with recent weakness in the broad market and year end tax selling gives you an alternative scenario that's more bullish as we near year end and begin to see the positive influence of the January effect - which is strongest for small caps. Only time will tell which read is the correct one. Looks to me like it's putting in a bottom in the lo/mid 4s here. JMVVHO, Isopatch
