They tell me that in the economic sci-fi movie RollOver gold shoots to 2000dollars per oz. due to a massive short squeeze created by panic demand for gold.
I was ready to play as of 12/9, and am delivering myself swift kicks for not pouring into XAU and CLC as they were already in buy status with lots of room to run.
i am as rusty as a nail in an ancient shipwreck, my gear mode is just getting out of sloth speed.
I am was never a gold bug, until now, so i have had to do some homework on POG.
i found right off, there is so little history on non-fixed rate gold, we have no idea how explosive it is beyond 850dollar per oz.
U.S. Funds etc, going into this year were said to have an overall investment in gold as just 1% of total holdings.
My o my if the sentiment changed to 5%.

A conundrum. O.K. U.S. dumps gold as money standard. So gold is separated from the U.S Dollar.
So they are each now their own entity, paper(evaluated supposedly by GDP and such) and gold.
Now what if, in the world's eye, that has perceived the Yankee Dollar as IF it were gold and gold as but stuff for jewelry;
what if sentiment starts to RollOver, and the Yankee Dollar loses mystique, starts to look like paper and the movie Goldfinger seems to be where it is at--at Gold, Lust for Gold.
What if this shift in sentiment is what we are perceiving is in but only its' NASCENT staging? I think i am making my point. Max
