There is no declared war there. So it is not a war crime. It is terrorism. The whole world knows this. And now, so do you.

Hm. I did not suggest that. But now that you mention it, pray tell what "looking in the other direction" means in this context. Was he deliberately looking away from the action, or are you suggesting that Sharon is not a competent leader and doesn't know where to look?

Just trying to get the picture clear.

Let me help you - IRA are terrorists. ETA are terrorists. Hamas are terrorists. PKK are terrorists. They target civilians in a situation that is not a declared war.
