Thanks for posting that to me. It is an interesting article. I agree with it too. It is all too easy to give in to emotional arguments of the moment and in the process throw away valuable constitutional protections.

Canada has a federal law suppressing what their federal gov't regards as "hate speech". Maybe the Arizona Department of Corrections should sue Canada for suppressing the free speech rights of white supremacist groups.

Or does it make a difference whose free speech is being curtailed?
