ngt.wt - they're way out of the money at the moment, expiry summer solstice 21 June, takes two of them and cdn.55 to buy one share of ngt ... which will be merger-adjusted by the 2.352 figure of course ... thin market in them, hard to say how much would come out without running them up .... the .14s are mine and i would strongly recommend against their purchase ... old order i keep rolling over out of habit, partly just to make it look like there's a market happening in the PoS -g- .... so i dunno, depends on what outlook a person has for new Alamos i guess, there may be better deals out there, but i hold a fair few of these and am happy with that

aas/ngt - the ratio is 1-to-1.176, so at .30ngt the spread should be .05, at .35ngt the spread goes to .06, a/k/a .41aas ... this is assuming there come no hangups with the merger, i can't imagine any but you never know ... f.d. market cap for the two at the moment, with aas at .38 times 42.6m = cdn16.2m ... ngt at .34 times 24.2m = cdn8.2m .... hair under usd16m for the whole deal, if you don't deduct cash coming in on f.d.
