...for those playing the swap game, it's probably fair to say that interest rate risk at the short end of the yield curve is as high today as possibly any time in 40 years. Good luck unwinding those swaps in an orderly manner at some point given that "everybody" will most likely decide to undertake such a trade at roughly the same time.

IMO that means that low rates are here to stay for long time. If the Fed touches them the whole house of cards will collapse.
