OT or not OT, I don't know.

KM is gone. To re-emerge they will have to fix their stores. Fix the merchandise presentation. Fix the location problem. Lure the consumer away from WMT and TGT. Their store level retail operation has looked like a disaster for a while now. And despite KM ongoing attempts to revamp these operations, the disaster increases in scope.

KM's root problem is one of merchandising. Not financial. Continued poor merchandising manifested itself into a financial issue after several years.

That is my impression as someone who spent 10 years fixing and training and tweaking retail operations and inventory controls for a large retailor.
