People who steal with lawyers and big money think they never have to dodge bullets. Every once in a while one is defenestrated. There were about 7 brokers and promoters wing tested from SF to Van in the mining boom. (Strangely enough none of them succeeded in flying. Perhaps next time they should try adding a coating of tar and some feathers to aid in buoyancy) In my opinion it was not enough testing. Comes a time. I have an ice list for when I get the big C. Might as well take some to hell with me. :) EC<:-}
