To Management

Quoting your statements to shareholders and the TSE:

Toronto, Ontario, (July 10, 2002) Twin Mining’s field team has now arrived at Jackson Inlet to continue its exploration effort on the additional 12 anomalies previously identified through airborne magnetic surveys. The program calls for a ground magnetometer survey, gravity survey, soil sampling and drilling of these anomalies with the objective of defining large tonnages of highly diamondiferous kimberlite.

Toronto, Ontario, (August 27, 2002) – Twin Mining Corporation (“Twin Mining”) (TWG:TSX) is very pleased with the progress made during this period. The Board of Directors approved Phase 1 of a C$10 million exploration budget for the Jackson Inlet property. Work on Phase 1 (C$1.7 million) is underway. Phase 1 exploration will consist of ground magnetometer surveys, soil sampling, gravity and core drilling on 12 magnetometer anomalies previously identified.

WHAT WERE THE DRILLING RESULTS OF THOSE 12 ANOMALIES?

Please don't say "you haven't got them back from the lab yet!" Every other diamond junior gets them back within a month and announces results on as little as a tonne - see ACA's Renard results announced today! TWG has announced Au grades from the Atlanta project so there is no TSE rule as previously alleged, restricting TWG from announcing 2002 Jackson Inlet lab results!

We own TWG too. You work for us. Announce the results... or should we talk with the TSE?!

Vaughn

I haven't read Will's Wire but I gather he dumped on TWG.

It's available on the CSW forums, in its entirety.

Dumped on? No.

i do think that Twin, like most juniors is a bit smitten with the increase in gold, and Twin does have a viable gold project. Unfortunately, juniors have to be careful with their priorities, or they seem to be flitting about, promoting in machine-gun fashion.

For about six months or so, I've had a growing sense that shareholder's have been BS'd about TWG's announced 2002 JI target drilling program and have had a request into TWG for awhile asking them to bring shareholders up to speed... which has been ignored!

News would certainly be appreciated by the market, I agree.

Regards,

WillP
